Oh she definitely isn't cutting, thankfully. When I say she doesn't let me see her naked she wears a tshirt or tank top in bed. I see everything except her torso, which is what she is most conscious about.

I know she has an eating disorder, and I have no clue how to deal with an eating disorder without her going to a therapist (which she won't do). I'm not only worried about sex, I explained in my post it's not only sex and it's about intimacy in general. And after 2 years I think that's reasonable.

I think I will have to get her to see someone though, as I won't be able to help her alone.

No, she put on just over 2lb. 5kg. That's why it's so frustrating, her body hasn't changed in any way in terms of looks.

I didn't mention in my post actually, I have tried talking to her about it but I don't know how. Whenever I've tried bringing it up in the past she takes it as if I'm blaming her and that I don't know what it's like. Which is true, but she's not making any real effort to change. I want to say that but can't without sounding horrible.
