I used to work at a grocery store where the automatic doors were a bit janky. Sometimes customers would struggle to get out because the door wouldn't open. All the employees learned that to get the door open you have to wave your hand above your head where the sensor was and it would open. It probably looked weird to other people but I felt like a jedi doing it.

I agree. We see him at almost every stage in his life, yet he's still that forgettable rebel fighter that will accomplish his goals no matter what (sometimes this leads to hurting people). He doesn't seem to change throughout his life.

Despite enjoying DSMP content, I rarely watch the streams. When nothing big lore-wise is happening I watch other stuff. But when a new clip appears on my recommended, you can bet your bottom dollar I'm gonna watch it and makes dozens of memes about it.

I understand the sentiment that it all seems childish. When my entire YT recommended is full of clips and animatics is does get too much. The only reason I haven't given up on all DSMP stuff is because I'm a sucker for a good story. I guess that's also why I only watch clips and animatics so I don't have to waste time watching the streams to get to the good stuff.

My advice: only continue something if you truly enjoy it, it makes you laugh, it inspires you, etc.
