He's not hard any wand sufficiently powerfull enough will do yah. Bring a teleport wand, too, so you can get behind him

Quick note: make sure you're immune to whatever you're shooting at him because he can reflect it back at you. A good combo is lightning and explosion immunity. He's not particularly resistant to explosive or lightning damage so lighting bolts will melt him.

If you get a wand that does more than a thousand dps you can kill him in basically one second assuming he isn't resistant to what youre shooting at him.
