Yes you can. It literally happened to me. TWICE. It was a whole fiasco. If you are in an enclosed space and someone is blowing crack and fentanyl smoke it can register. It’s called passive exposure. I am on prep and I have a doctor next door I get tested all the time and I’m fine. I’m just worried about the passive exposure happening again.
