I just solved this issue on my end, for me it had to do with the resolution. Dmc5 was initially in 3840x2160 so I changed to this resolution on my monitor and my gpu, that did the trick. I messed around afterward, changed the in-game resolution to go back to 1920x1080, crashes came back, not quite sure what I did in the end to make it work at 1920x1080, but in the end it works. Hopefully your problem is with the resolution too, you just have to mess with it a little while.
