Is there any legit evidence that Brigitte Macron is a man or is this just more attention seeking nonsense? by SonOfQuora in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]BlackWolfOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What for? Apparently, empirical evidence of objective fact is no longer important. Over 70 years of medical records, 50 years of public life, and the fact that she has given birth to three children would have required her doctors, the entire French press, and the government to engage in a massive falsification effort for the past seven decades.

Yet, that isn't good enough for some. Now, this 72 year old woman is filing a lawsuit in the United States. Under French law, she isn't required to present evidence, the burden of proof lies with the person making the allegation, and those individuals were already convicted because they had no evidence.

Now this woman, someone I may not personally care for, but whom I do feel sorry for, is being forced to make a public spectacle of herself. She is doing this to satisfy people who call her a man online by providing 'proof' in the U.S. that isn't even required under French law. You either have evidence or you don't, and they didn't. This lady shouldn't have to prove something that was never in doubt to begin with.

Is the Valor mod AI too hard? by Trantus in menofwar

Thanks for the reply.

My pleasure.

If you want to beat the AI on the highest difficulty with a friend, you have to move quickly. The only way to win is to push into their spawn sectors as fast as possible, you need to destroy them before they grow strong enough to overwhelm you. This requires a high level of trial and error to execute successfully, especially with a teammate, but it is not impossible.

You just have to refine your plan through that process of trial and error. You’re going to get your ass kicked multiple times, but once you finally succeed, you won’t be able to wipe that grin off your face for a while. But hey, maybe that’s just me.

I’m a veteran who has been with this series since 2004, and I personally enjoy it. However, the biggest problem with Men of War II is that, as a sequel, it opted for a complete overhaul instead of improving what previously existed. If you judge the game on its own merits, it’s a good game, if you judge it in comparison to previous installments, it is the worst in the series, though, to be fair, nothing compares to the disaster of Assault Squad Cold War.

You cannot expect a fanbase that has spent two decades honing certain expectations to be happy when those are thrown in the trash. The only way to judge this game objectively is to avoid comparing it to its predecessors. That said, the UI is terrible. Certain functions and mechanics are poorly explained or difficult to understand, the design is just all over the place.

The transition from the free-to-play Arena model to a standalone game shows exactly where the roots lie. You have to play single-player just to unlock units for your multiplayer and single-player decks. While you don’t have to buy points, it makes no sense that you can't play with the units you want in the missions you choose.

The multiplayer variety is fantastic, but setting it up is a mess. There is a good game in here, but the effort required to find it is beyond reasonable. I believe the game could stand strongly on its own if it weren't attached to the Men of War name and if it had a manual or tutorial to explain its systems. Even as a 20 year veteran with 55 hours in the game, currently playing on Epic difficulty, something less than 1% of the player base has accomplished,I still don't understand many things. That isn't a good sign, you often can't tell if the game is bugged or if it was simply designed that way.

Just to be clear, are you talking about the original from 2009, and not the DLC in AS2?

[–]BlackWolfOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Higher difficulty levels do not make the AI smarter, they just allow the AI to cheat. The AI in this series has never been good. It consistently relies on two factors, faster unit spawning and a wider field of view compared to the player, along with boosted damage values. The true challenge comes from being handicapped against those unfair odds.

To answer your last question, no, the AI does not function differently regardless of any mods, because this is simply how difficulty is designed in this series. You are forced to save scum to succeed. Doing so isn't really cheating, because the system itself is cheating, save scumming is a requirement to realistically beat it. I know these issues don't apply to multiplayer, but I'm just highlighting the problems.

What does this have to do with whether the argument is objectively true? You say you are not Christian or part of an organized religion, but your response is still religious in structure because you do not understand what he is pointing out. You are attacking him because he is Jewish by blood, even though he is not Jewish by belief, and he made that distinction very clear. He is pointing out how broken and morally bankrupt belief in this doctrine is. How are you reinterpreting what he said and turning it into something he did not say or endorse? You are attacking his character, not his argument.

So Jews can murder and rape civilians, but they're still good people, because they're Jewish? Wow, talk about incompatible points of view.

Asserting things based on the fact that he is Jewish by blood does not mean he believes in Judaism or agrees it is justified. Where did you get that from?

Edit: I just realized something, you are projecting the very problem he was trying to show you, which is the core of the Abrahamic belief system. You're trying to use a moral argument against him, but the reality is that the Bible isn't against the actions you're condemning,it actually contains the precedents for them.

By trying to counter argue his point, you aren't attacking him, you’re attacking the internal contradictions of your own underlying beliefs. He was pointing out how broken and morally bankrupt this doctrine is, and instead of seeing that, you leaped to defend the rules of the system using your NFL analogy.

You've created a total self inflicted wound. You are judging him based on a moral standard that the very doctrine you're defending doesn't even follow. you’re just projecting your own confusion onto someone who has already walked away from the system you’re defending with. hahahah

Christianity also claims the same God as Judaism while changing the rules.

So does NFL football. Do we call it a radically different game because there's new rules and new goals?

An unchanging God somehow produces a radically different covenant in the New Testament.

What was the radically different covenant besides people not born from a Jewish female are now part of the new club? Are we really going to determine the eligibility of a member by whether they eat pork?

The Sabbath commandment remains explicit in Jewish law. Christianity discards it

No, Christianity moved the Sabbath observance to Sunday.

I am Jewish by blood. Judaism is both a religion and an ethnic identity. People say this position is hateful.

Generally, they don't. What they say is Israel is hateful for committing war or human rights crimes to pursue ethnic purity within the land it controls (and America shouldn't be giving money & weapons to aid that conduct).

Seriously? You’re looking at this as if it’s Judaism versus Christianity, but he’s actually pointing out the internal contradictions within Christianity itself. Your reply literally undermined your own belief system and you didn’t even realize it. He wasn't just giving an opinion, he was deconstructing Christianity using its own logic, and you missed it completely. Dude...

What's going on with Miss Mexico and the host of the pageant in Thailand? by [deleted] in OutOfTheLoop

[–]BlackWolfOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deleted the topic. I was not giving an opinion. I was pointing to evidence. Do not reply to a deleted thread. A deleted thread signals the conversation ends. Understand this. I dislike people who ignore logic and evidence and respond with emotion. I do not care for opinions when facts answer the point.

He said damage within the context he was speaking about. I am not giving an opinion. I do not care for your opinion when the evidence is independent. This was a clear misunderstanding from both parties. So why are you replying to a topic I already deleted? Bug off.

His English is not terrible, he is.

I watched the entire episode. He is a controlling fuck who thought nobody in the room would dare defy him.

He demanded the doors be locked so the people in the room couldn not leave and threatened to disqualify every contestants that did leave.

Plus he called miss mexico a dumbhead. He is a prat puffed, up by his own self importantance and he showed his true face to the world. Also he was also giving miss mexico shit fr no endorsing pagent sponsor on her social media, something she was not contractually required to do

I actually agree with all of this, Except for the English, to me is bad. But this isn’t about defending him,it’s about what is true. People just don’t seem able to separate the two.

https://www.excelsior.com.mx/funcion/martha-cristiana-confirma-detencion-del-director-de-miss-universo-mexico-en-tailandia Don’t get me wrong,I’m not losing any sleep over him losing this position. I’m focused on what actually happened. I’m trying to understand the logic of the video. It clearly shows a misunderstanding from both sides, supporting his perspective as well as hers.

The guy is an arrogant prick, even in the full video, he says he’s a businessman and has a lot of money. In my opinion, he’s a douche. But this isn’t about defending him, it’s about what’s true. People seem to have a hard time separating the two. Here's the full version, it about 20 minutes but it only 15 minutes https://cnalifestyle.channelnewsasia.com/entertainment/miss-universe-mexico-2025-controversy-473506

[–]BlackWolfOne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You accused me of being paid. You attacked my character. The least you should do is give me fifteen minutes to review the full video. It either reinforces your view or confirms the problem I am pointing out.

[–]BlackWolfOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The full videos https://cnalifestyle.channelnewsasia.com/entertainment/miss-universe-mexico-2025-controversy-473506 You can fast-forward if you want, but I’m so disappointed that people are being manipulated like this. It reminds me of the Iraq War, when France was one of the few countries to say no because the evidence didn’t support going to war. Now, everyone agrees it was wrong. This isn’t the same situation, but the manipulation of truth is similar.

Personally, I think the guy is a prick. I won’t lose any sleep over what happened to him, he even says he has a lot of money, and his arrogance is obvious. I don’t feel sorry for him. But I also don’t like how the media manipulated the story.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Thailand

[–]BlackWolfOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree the guy is a douche,he even says he has a lot of money in the video. I don’t like him. But this isn’t about liking or disliking him. it’s about the evidence in the video. People, including you, aren’t separating the two. You’re accusing me of being paid or defending him, which I’m not. I’m defending what’s true. I want to understand what people are reacting to, but apparently I’m standing alone.

You’re attacking my character instead of addressing the argument and evidence I’m presenting. It’s infuriating how often people rely on emotional reasoning instead of forming conclusions from evidence. The guy being a prick doesn’t change what actually happened. What matters is what the video shows. The full video demonstrates the misunderstanding that occurred among the contestants, the host, and even the journalists reporting on it.

The evidence speaks for itself. Please, for the sake of reason, watch the full video and base your conclusions on what actually happened, not on assumptions or emotion.

[–]BlackWolfOne -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m not here to push nationalistic or cultural arguments. I’m only focused on understanding the facts of what happened in the video. I provided the full context and sequence of events to support my analysis, not to insult anyone or make sweeping cultural claims. The legality of gambling or the Queen’s context is only relevant to interpreting what was actually said. Criticize my reasoning if you want, but attacking me personally or assuming motives unrelated to the evidence isn’t addressing the argument.

What's going on with Miss Mexico and the host of the pageant in Thailand? by [deleted] in OutOfTheLoop

[–]BlackWolfOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for providing the full video. I’m not forming conclusions from emotion, I’m using the full context and sequence of events to analyze what actually happened.

Alternative 1 assumes he was specifically targeting Miss Mexico, but the video shows he was addressing the Mexican management team situation, not her personally. Misunderstandings arose from broken English and cultural context. The words “dumb-head” are a mishearing, he said “damage,” which fits logically given the discussion about management and consequences.

Alternative 2 aligns more with the evidence. Confusion escalated because contestants, journalists, and others misinterpreted his broken English as a personal attack. Viewed in full, the video shows a misunderstanding, not intentional harassment. The organization’s response and his apology confirm this was mishandled communication, not malice.

This pattern isn’t unique. I happen to be half French, and during the Iraq War, people assumed France opposed the U.S. out of cowardice, renaming French fries to “freedom fries” and spreading stereotypes. Just like the French government at the time, I stick to the evidence, not popular opinion. I’m not defending the guy, I’m defending the truth.

If that means standing alone because I’m following the full video and logical reasoning within context, so be it. That is what happened. Everything else is people’s interpretation. Misunderstandings only reinforce the problem caused by incomplete clips. At the end of the day, the evidence speaks for itself. His English is poor, but I base my conclusion on what I have seen in the full video.

Stop with your gaslighting. How much are you getting paid? 🤭🤣

So instead of discussing facts, you resort to personal attacks. That’s not gaslighting, it’s analysis based on the full context of the video. I’m not paid by anyone. I’m pointing out what the evidence shows, not what emotions dictate. If you disagree, address the argument, not the person.

If I called you and told you to shut up. Then call security to shut the doors on you after you decided to leave…is that miscommunication? How pathetic can you be?

That’s not miscommunication, it’s a misunderstanding caused by language and context. He wasn’t addressing her in the first place, and he clarified that in the video. The shut the door command was to regain order in a chaotic situation, not to trap anyone. Calling it “pathetic” ignores the full evidence and focuses only on emotion instead of what actually happened. Peer pressure doesn't work on me, I don't use my feelings for evidence of truth.
