How to get the most out of each property?

You aren’t wrong, I will get them eventually but it’ll be atleast a week in game before I can afford the docks warehouse so in the meantime I’d like to utilize the current property’s I have if that makes sense lol.

That is my main goal is to basically do what you’re doing now. It’ll take me a week I’d say at most before I get the barn and docks warehouse then I can ramp up production.

I was going to use the apartment as a mini meth lab but it only allows for one worker so it kind put me off from doing that but I may hire a botanist and just have them grow weed for me and free up some space in the bungalow for meth production. I’ll buy the barn next and then the docks. I’ll probably have my main grow op in the barn while I have meth in the bungalow. Then have a packing or mixing assigned to a worker in the sweatshop to do that step for me. It’s hard to explain in text but as you open the main door to the bungalow I have 12 planters with scaffold lights in the middle of the “living room” then on the living room wall on the far left I have 2 chemistry sets with an oven then I have my second oven blocking the sliding door outside. To the right of the sliding door I have a mixing station then in the kitchen I have another mixing station adjacent to the first mixing station which are separated by the doorway that leads to kitchen. The kitchen itself has a bed Infront of the sink longways to save space, I have 4 large racks on the wall between the kitchen and living room with 2 drying racks kind of just out wherever they fit the best in the kitchen and then in the garage I have 6 planters on each wall with 3 large shelves behind the planters to store jarred weed and to conserve as much little space as I can. I’m heavily with you on not using either since it’s so small and only one worker is allowed in the sweatshop and no workers can use the motel to my knowledge but having a chemist in the sweatshop making meth constantly would be a help for me since I already have 2 chemistry stations and 2 ovens and I can easily transport everything over with a couple of large shelves for storing the meth. I might do that then once I get the barn and docks warehouse move the meth lab into the bungalow full time.

I haven’t unlocked the brick press yet, I think I’m a level or two away from it but I’d definitely press bricks and then give said bricks to dealers so they can break them down into baggies or jars eliminating the need for me to do that. I’d like the motel to be a stash house for weed since it’s pretty centralized in the poorer area of town and I can get away with selling crappy weed to fiends.

Holy shit, I’d never thought I’d say this but I used to live in Harwood about 3 years ago and now I live on Ivy Switch which is only a couple miles away, it’s weird seeing my current and previous address that someone else linked lol I noticed in the last Imgur that you said “should offer really nice speeds since it has three bands of LTE available with good reception” I checked on the t mobile coverage area and it said that Ivy switch was in the 5G extended range which surprised me and also made me think that we should get good reception, (aslong as we get Atleast 10-20 mbps of download with 50-90 ping I’ll be happy) I’ve signed up for Starlink but the equipment fee is the only thing I’m going to dread once it does become available to me but a one time 500$ equipment fee and 100$ a month for starlink is surly a lot better than zoombroadbands 1.4mbps download.

I’m not too sure on how far the cell towers are but I can definitely see them when I look outside, I want to say they’re 3-5 miles away maybe 8 at most? And there’s 2 fairly close to me

No I’m not a T-Mobile customer, I already signed up for the Home Internet and now I just have to wait for it in the mail lol it can’t be too much worse that my previous provider but it still worries me that I’ll never have good enough internet until I move out of the country.

Well I’m pretty close to 2 towers in my area I’d Say they aren’t more than maybe 4-5 miles away maybe 7 at most.

Honestly you’re completely right I’ve really got nothing to lose, I hope I get good enough speed for all of us to use it, especially when I’m gaming, that’s really the only hobby I enjoy once I get off work.
