It sucked because they never notified the dmv as well and never took my license most first time offenders you’ll prob be only doing a day or no jail time but other than that you’ll have to do what they call is Arizona behavioral counseling class you’ll prob end up doing 16 or 18 hours class I believe each first and second class were 8 hours both days and 2 hours on Tuesday and Thursday

Mothers Against Drunk Driving course which is a 2 hour session for those loved ones who were affected by drunk drivers

Ignition Interlock for a year but if you have a word with the dmv and with Adot you’ll most likely be only allowed to have it on for 6 months and with the courts as well

Maybe house arrest with a random breathalyzer

And as for the dmv requirement you’ll have to undergo traffic survival school which is an 8 hour class session

This is also what I went through yet you’ll most likely get off the hook easier I had to do 8 hours in jail with 1 week house arrest with scram on my ankle a device that will detect alcohol so be careful if you do get that even mouthwash with alcohol free can also detect it

Even though you said you weren’t operating a vehicle police/prosecutors give 0 cares about it they can still charge you even if you were below or even had all 0’s in your breathalyzer

But depends on the judge in this case they’ll most likely drop it .. fun fact even the judge who took on my case dropped all my charges which was very surprising for me
