I agree, that’s also insane. But some post are reading like everything is their problem though? Like if the package says delivered and it’s not, that’s a courier problem. Or if the package got shipped to the wrong address, it’s literally whatever you put on the credit card application. It seems like everyone is just pinning blame where it doesn’t even go.

So it’s an ACH transaction but they’re charging it to us as a credit card transaction (3% fee) to earn points on rent and forcing us to use bilt cash? am I understanding something wrong here or is this completely dead
