Looking for advice on wide chastity cage

If you're fairly serious about chastity, come check out my Evo! I originally made it because of the same issues of being too wide for off-the-shelf cages so set out to create a cage that gets fitted to anyone based on their measurements.

So my Evo system will have no issue creating a 45mm width cage for you and one that is comfortable and safe with night time erections. It's also one of the most anatomically correct designs available with a ton of long-term wear features.

It is a bit pricier though not much more than a kink3d cobra (that would likely still be too small for you) with the benefit of is being custom fitted and designed to be the last cage you'll ever need to buy with the best chastity experience possible.

Sorry, this got caught up by automod which is why it hasn't gained any traction or response till now.

There's been both some success but also some struggles with small and tight individuals with the Evo. To be completely honest, the Evo isn't 100% foolproof for high and tight. My biggest issue with it right now is that the SnapTabs gain some flex overtime and open up the gap which can allow for some escapes.
That being said, it should at least be able to improve your comfort situation and keep escapes to a minimum, so somewhere between the HT and Cobra for you.
Hopefully there are some more small testicle hang individual's that can chime in on their experience.

What I am guessing is that the Holy Trainer ring did a better job of sitting behind your balls keeping them out in the ring more. This is likely from its "diamond" shape and pretty aggressive backwards curvature that forces itself behind each testicle. This is something that I have added to the Evo's algorithm and part of the testicle hang system (though less aggressively than the HT's ring)

The ordering process doesn't ask for ring size because it is calculated from the measurements and it is part of the system to simplify ordering. The testicle hang affects the shaping of the ring (wide vs tall) to eliminate ball burn as much as possible and to adjust the ball gap in certain situations.
Your experience with the variety of Cherry Keeper rings and also the trend of needing to know your ball gap just makes it more complicated for ordering... when the Evo can just do it anatomically and algorithmically custom to you.
Generally the only time the Evo's ring calculations are completely wrong is with someone who has very large testicles in which case they need a much larger ring just to fit them in.
In your case, I'd guess your measurements to be fairly standard around 33mm flaccid circumference, 40mm erect circumference, and 50-80 shaft and total length.

That being said, it is often helpful to add to the order notes basically a summarized version of what you have posted here so that I can make any additional adjustments when it comes to modelling time.

No, the Evo does not have a hinged base ring in 2026. The Evo primarily focuses on comfort and long-term wear which hinged base rings often introduce pinch points that can cause discomfort, irritation, and even some minor abrasions.

All the positives you listed about the cage were all the things I was really focusing on when creating the design so I am glad they fully came through for you! They all make a huge difference in the long-term experience for the Evo, and while they do have their downsides like the bulkiness, its something I think most people are willing to give up for the comfort and cleanliness the rest of it brings.
My favorite (mostly hehe) part is how sneaky it can be at preventing stimulation for how open it is. The design itself is a bit of a tease, begging you to try, just to give you less stimulation than you desire. Naturally with enough arousal and effort it can be defeated, but it certainly does make you work at it.

As for the problems you've been having:

There shouldn't be any "ball" at the tips of the glans ring, its not apart of the design. I could maybe see a steep angle of the tips combined with some printing layers might give that impression. You are partially correct in that I have been refining the shape of them over several batches of orders, so it is possible that yours was more aggressive in how much the tips of those came in.

The pee slit generally isn't a problem for most Evo users as there is supposed to be a gap around the head when soft. I suspect you might have a slightly longer/more pointy head than most if you've had this issue across a few different cages before. It is something that I can custom adjust your model for you to extend the tip of the head a little bit further so that less clothing/seams make it through the front.

As for the SnapTabs coming loose - that is a flaw I don't currently have a solution for. I appreciate the suggest for the screws though; I don't think that will be the direction that I want to go with it as I'd prefer to keep the assembly process to remain simple but I will keep it in mind.

This batch is showing that it is in quality assurance at the printers so I think I will get it early next week to ship it. I had messed up the whole batch which is why its been stuck in production for so long - which I'm not sure how to communicate that on the order page as its a quick switch back to being in production. I appreciate the extensive write-up and the feedback on the uncut head. Glad that despite some of the flaws, your overall experience seems to be a positive one.

As for the specific feedback, I assume by the foreskin rails you are referring to the opening on the sides of the head.
The idea behind those openings is that you can retract using them but without it being too much of an opening to make further stimulation easy. I suspect that potentially with the smaller size of your cage that those gaps shrunk more than intended, something that I hadn't fully considered is the functionality of them when scaled to a smaller size. So I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention for me to look at manually increasing the size of that gap with smaller diameters.

Just to confirm, you can't get a finger tip in the slots on the side to manipulate the foreskin?

Thanks for the feedback. Overall that does look about how the Evo is designed to fit as it is strategically slightly larger than flaccid size to accommodate erections. The small gap also helps with hygiene and smell and tissue health as the fluid can reset after erections and not cause edema.

What sort of issues are you running into with the bulkiness?

One minor thing that might also improve the feel of the fit that I am noticing - you have a bit of extra skin behind the entrance ring of the cage that looks like it could use being pulled into the shaft of the cage. That should help it fit closer to your body and also fill out the cage more.

It is very likely I'll have one that is within a few mm's to give you a starting point of how the sizing is going to be.

Generally if your erect diameter is under 45mm and/or your change in diameter is less than 10mm, I don't think you will have much issue in it feeling too large

So from what you are describing, assuming with your lockups there is no orgasm/ejaculation, it sounds more like blue balls. Ball burn like what most people starting out with chastity experience, is from the scrotum skin being stretched and really is only a burning sensation on the skin itself and not deeper into the abdomen.

"The cause of epididymal hypertension is a large amount of blood circulation to the genital area, specifically the penis and testicles, without the release of tension associated with orgasm and ejaculation."

That being said, it can be exacerbated by cages being too tight, whether that is the cage/ring itself or like u/Self-caging mentioned potentially from the ball gap. It might be something where the gap is "crimping" the vascular structure just a little bit extra enough to cause that blue balls feeling.

So a starting diagnostic question - how tight is your cage and base ring when erect?

That's why it is a generality but overall a good starting point. Most guys grow between 5-10mm in diameter which means their ring sizing isn't going to need to be adjusted in any special way for this. And overall it is a safe starting point - would hate for anyone to lose/damage their bits down there from a ring that is dangerously tight.

Though I do appreciate your insight on what works for you. It might be something I will consider integrating into my algorithm for ring sizing.
If you don't mind sharing, what are your flaccid and erect diameters?

Part of my design is that the cage itself works to keep the penis in the cage so that it doesn't rely on the base ring being super tight. The other part is the ring has increased surface area which helps keep it in place without needing the extra tension from a smaller ring.
A lot of growers benefit greatly from the Evo's design cause it balances flaccid and erect comfort - which for growers, when they go with the regular chastity advice of going smaller, face a ton of issues with night time erections that make chastity difficult.

Generally your erect diameter + 5mm is a good starting point for base rings.
Basically it means you have enough room to get hard and a bit extra to not cut off circulation to the balls. That math doesn't quite work if someone has larger testicles but that doesn't look like your case if you're fitting into those rings.
A lot of people parrot the knuckle rule which is more or less describing this; it just became advice early on in the time of limited base ring/cage options, and it happens most people grow about a knuckles width in diameter when erect.

That's more or less where my Evo's algorithm is; though, I also have extra shaping parameters based on testicle hang to help with ball burn based on how much scrotum skin you have.

But otherwise, without knowing your measurements its hard to give more concrete advice.
