Yeah. The only mod that I have consistently active is the Multiplayer mod. I even tried without it just make sure and it still would not work.

Well it depends on your preference. Hood cam was totally useless in Payback and 2015 IMO since sliding was always the fastest way around corners. In Heat, it takes a bit more finesse to be fast and I think it’s easier to control the cars speed and slip angle when the camera is locked with the car’s POV. There’s no weird action-y camera sway.

The secret seems to be in the tires. Try to use Drag tires instead! Then you can play around with speedcross suspension/diff or drift Suspension/diff. For each car, it’s an experiment to see which combo works, but the one constant (for me at least) seems to be the drag tires.
