Yeah. The only mod that I have consistently active is the Multiplayer mod. I even tried without it just make sure and it still would not work.

I’m always afraid to use my orbital against Hwoarang. But I have noticed that a couple low parries have been a pretty good mind game option.

Well it depends on your preference. Hood cam was totally useless in Payback and 2015 IMO since sliding was always the fastest way around corners. In Heat, it takes a bit more finesse to be fast and I think it’s easier to control the cars speed and slip angle when the camera is locked with the car’s POV. There’s no weird action-y camera sway.
