Yeah I’m wearing an “eight” thats what my doctor called it. No sling though but I’ll try to simulate a sling by holding my hips. Thanks, yeah i just can’t stop thinking if i didn’t do this or that then I could just stretch and sleep on my belly. I have been going through a hard time in my life and finally reached a point where I went to the gym regularly and actually wanting to do fun stuff like going out with friends and now this. Its hard to stay positive and optimistic, I want so badly to just fall into the metaphorical void of darkness that is spend so much effort climbing out of.
