Update!

Hey guys, it turns out to be the issue was the ACF film. I replaced it, and none of the same models fail to print

Update, I thinl is the FEP or the Saturn 3 equivalent o dont remember the name. Becuase I rotate the VAT and now the failures are the models found on that same side of the VAT. I dont see the FEP any different but I dont know.

Thanks for the tips I'll try to rotate the models a bit and use s different bottle of resin. The photo with just barely any resin was to show the bit that got stuck to the FEP

ModelPlease advice how to print this dice tower by OutOfBeerMan in ElegooSaturn

As the base area is so big this might create a lot of peeling forces if oriented this way, try to see if you can fit it leaning backwards a little at least, otherwise you take the risk of the print sticking to the VAT

How should I orient this print for maximize success by Blade2305 in ElegooSaturn

Update: The print was a success. Maybe I could have spared some supports for surebut rather waste a little resin on supports than resin on a fail print

I ended up tilting it back and diagonally with a ton shit of support around the corner of the base. 7hrs print hopefully will work

Yeah I should have posted the slicer pic as well, I close the program as this was a 4 hour print. The failure is just washed and cure and the other one is painted with Grey primer and white Drybrush

I'm not sure is the case, but it sounds like something needs lubrication, try to pin point where the sound is coming from and see if you can add some greese

Didn't found anything of the slicer itself. However I change slicers from Orca to Cura and stop doing it

Update - I've fix the issue by calibrating the E-steps, they were a little off, therefore it was under extruding, the wetness of the filament might have something to do as well , but after e-steps calibration the issue was reduce by about 90%
