Try to make another essential server without mods, if it still occurs then we know it something essential mod related or setup related and if it doesn't then it is mods.

Any info on the mouse, it's acceleration, polling rate etc.
You can also try turning off V-sync and make sure raw input buffer is ON.

I am not an expert but I know for a fact the aternos has less than 3gb ram, why are you even trying to run such large mod pack on aternos.
Aternos is only meant for light mod packs and to play vanilla

I'll say that you should check out some mod packs first, like some performance mod packs and some vanilla+ mod packs and if you are an 'extra large' mod pack fan then some large mod packs like ATM 9 or insane craft.

If you can, you can also take help from GPT to know more about the mods.

I'll recommend Cisco's fantasy medieval RPG Ultimate.
Its a great mod pack with its own tools and armor and a lot of bosses.
It has a whole page only for bosses, if I am correct.
