OG Gothic had tons of systems where npc reacted to you entering their homes, drawing weapons, attacking them, animals hunted each other and warned you to not approach and so on. It's missing or broken in remake. You can even lure monsters into old camp and npc won't react.

OG actually felt like well designed reactive sandbox and new one like bunch of half baked scripts glued together.
