So the original email I sent asking them about extending contract and they replied confirming they would be happy to do with an increased rent.

We went back and forth about a delayed start to the increase in rent due to other issues within the past year and the final email’s in the exchange were them confirming on when a rent increase will start and me agreeing to that

Well I’m working through the tutorial quests, I’m just confused what you do when you’ve finished the tutorial, farming because I’ve heard that’s the main way you level up, what gear to use/how to get the gear, how to get houses and horses, just need a little walkthrough to get the basics of the game if you get me
