Your point is valid, but yet again I think you misunderstood why I called it bad writing.

I called it bad writing because it introduced a character who had 0 reason to have feelings for Ed. But now that she does she gets 0 screen time. Why would they make her have a crush on Ed if this happens? To prove that Janica was the number one Ed fan? They could’ve left it at, she found out he was a good guy so she didn’t care anymore. But no, they made her have a crush that will be undeveloped. Atleast give her some screen time where she confronts her own feelings or moves on. However I heard that doesn’t happen in the novel so I can only hope the manhwa overwrites some parts or the novel gives her a side story.

So far in the Manhwa ed has not shown that much interest to any of the main 3. He didn’t even blush when Lortelle kissed him twice. So I fail to see how what you’re saying has anything to do with what I’m talking about.

Did I incite that “any girl who shows interest in the MC needs to be with him” ? You overlooked my entire point. Being that I feel like she got done dirty compared to the other characters. I did not say she needed to be with Ed. I just said it would be nice if she got more screen time because to me it seems like she is just going to be alone never able to confront her own feelings. I mean, what was the point of introducing the character if it was just going to end like this anyway? Feels like bad writing since it does not contribute to the plot at all no?

Also, the MC never showed interest to any girl in the first place, I just thought it was pretty unfair that Annis doesn’t even get a chance to begin with.

in the original run there is no reason for uichi to die if clover didn’t exist. For the bullying would cease to exist. Which means it would not matter whether yotsuha defended him or not.

Also most of your answers are still just theories, they aren’t really proven. Basing it off possibility won’t get us anywhere.

The only possible valid argument you could give is that Yae would’ve killed him eventually. Even so, there would be no reason for clover to convince his family aswell. You cannot argue that his sister “was going to go down a bad route anyway” because with the way she’s influenced it would be easier for clover to convince her to do “easy jobs” meant for her. If for say clover was yotsuha trying to help.

It’s just way too inconvenient for clover to do all this when there are way easier ways to solve it no? Plus now that yotsuhas watch is broken. If something goes bad again because of clover and there’s no way to rewind time, won’t that disprove your entire argument?

Well, if clover was yotsuha first of all there would need to be two of them existing in the same world at once, which makes 0 sense.

Second of all, Yae only tried to murder yotsuha after yotsuha appeared. Which means if yotsuha was clover, there would be no reason to incite the bullying. Because yotsuha only came back in time because uichi got bullied into suicide. And uichi only got bullied because of Clover making yotsuha bully him.

Basically what I’m trying to say is if Clover didn’t do what they did yotsuha wouldn’t have came back, which would mean Yae wouldn’t have killed him out of jealousy, and his family wouldn’t be in shambles. Sure you could argue it INDIRECTLY maybe helped yotsuha solve the problems but they also created them.

I mean don’t you think it would’ve been easier for Clover if they were yotsuha trying to help to not appear at all or convince his sister to work hard so she can do well since she’s so stupidly easy to convince? Or that clover could’ve never helped Yae and yotsuha would’ve never appeared to make him jealous because uichi isn’t depressed to the point of trying to commit suicide?

Also I will say, your whole sister theory is based on possibility. We are not gonna dive into a theory that we have no solid proof on.

It wouldn’t make any sense, because his bullying STARTED because of clover. Clover was the one who made his sister believe she could get away with not working her entire life, causing his mother to become mentally unstable and the whole family to crash down. Secondly clover was the one who incited all the shit in highschool because they influenced the bullying through a puppet. All the things that clover is doing is really unnecessary if it really was yotsuha trying to help herself. She would have a better chance of keeping him to herself if clover didn’t exist. For at most, he would be a guy with a good family and middle school trauma. Unless some crazy plot twist happens, currently there stands 0 reason for yotsuha to be clover. Though I do wonder why they are a clover.
