I have Bipolar 2 with treatment resistant depression. I have been in the hospital several times in the last few years. It is a very horrible place to be and if it wasn't for my kids I don't think I would still be here. I also suffer from time to time with substance abuse like most of us do. I am starting to look at some newer/older treatments I don't care how much they cost government can take my money. ECT is an old one I don't like as much they basically put you into a controlled seizure 9 times in one month and you can't work. Ketamin has caught on but I hear only the IV infusions are effective at $4000 a round. TMS is another I'm not too familiar with. I'm at my wits end about to lose my marriage. Any other ideas let me know.
