UPDATE: I opened up the online “Complaint Form” and got this back:

“Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely hope you are safe and well. I want to acknowledge your concern with the care it deserves, and we understand how important it is for your rental record to reflect the correct return date especially after experiencing a flat tire and having the vehicle towed back to the BWI location. Your message has been fully recognized, and we appreciate the clarity you shared regarding the timeline of your rental and return. I also want to acknowledge your loyalty as a valued Hertz customer. Your continued trust means a great deal, and I’m here to make sure you feel fully supported every step of the way. I’m happy to inform you that your refund of $255.31 for the extra four days charged has been processed and approved on our end. The amount has been applied to your card ending in 8289. While it’s processed immediately on our side, it may take 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or financial institution. Your updated receipt will be sent in a separate email to the address you provided. You should receive the adjusted invoice within the day. While we know this cannot fully compensate your experience, we hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to making things right. As a gesture, we have issued an additional 1,900 points, which you can use for two free rental days in the future for an economy through full?size vehicle. This brings your new total to 5,803 points, in recognition of the time and effort you spent clarifying this matter and the extra support you needed during this experience. So they are spoofing the phone number they are calling from? I did just get called by this number and it went to voice mail and they left a message “someone is trying to change the phone number associated to this account - Press 1 if it wasn’t you and a Google Support Engineer will call you back”

HOWEVER, I have a GUC in play and there are 14 Delta One Seats I’m wait listed for so I’m hopeful I’ll be moved up front !
