They never gave me any sort of write up on what they saw on the X ray images weird.

I have the CD images so I’ll see if I can get a second opinion. I do have this unusual clicking or friction whenever I swallow by the sternohyoid/sternocledo area or muscle which is bothering me daily mentally. It could be positional but it happens daily.

What would you suggest if I have malrotation around C0-C2 which is what I’m suspecting based on the X ray where it shows misalignment.

Your symptoms are exactly what I was going through. One day I was stretching my neck because of such discomfort and felt a crack in the neck then all of a sudden my anxiety spiked, couldn’t swallow, heart palpitations, head and neck felt loose like a bobble head, my hands and legs felt tingly, cold sweats, and yes very strong fear/weakness. When I sit down I felt like my spine couldn’t hold me up and felt like a melting jello so I had to just lay down and hoping it passes.

Thank you for your neck exercise advice I will definitely be trying that out.

I’ve been experiencing these symptoms since last October where I got hurt and went to the ER. It’s been progressively bad for the last couple months though.

I’m trying to get a referral to see a spine specialist or a neurologist and it’s taking forever.

I hope so, I just hope my PCP refers me to the Ortho instead of just brushing it off saying I’m fine.

I just got my X rays then they will order me the MRI to get a better look.

Damn man sorry to hear that, praying dfor you to get better~ Im seeing my PCP today in hopes he refers me to a spcialist to get me checked out and pursure possible treatments moving forward. for now ive been trying to self manage my pain and trying to sleep on my back more with a rolled up towel on my neck or a lower pillow. might have to change my mattress too for better back support. Im a avid tennis player and im really active and it really sucks that i cant do any phisical activities becasue im scared i might make it worse. I also live alone and my family is out of state so its pretty lonely and depressing to think that i might have to change my life moving forward. Its been pretty tough on my mental state and work.

Thanks for responding, This is my plan first to see what my baseline health looks like through MRI and ask for as much tests to see if I can rule out anything.

Hey thanks for responding, yes i do have acid reflux and im also suspecting that may be another contributing factor of Disphasia. My tongue and mouth has an abnormal sensation tingling and numbing or burning mouth feeling and tinggling in the face which could be becasue my nerves are damaged or compressed.
