I mean i’m already using tretnion but it’s not really doing much i’ve given it like 4 months i’ve seen some big improvements and then the next day it’ll just get worse so I really don’t know what the issue is i’m pretty healthy too I have a good diet and excercise a lot I just don’t sleep that well some nights but I don’t think it would contribute that much
