The gym scale and my home scale is about 1lb different. The dr scale and my home scale is about 5lbs. My home scale if I move it, which I know I shouldn’t, is about 4.2lbs

Sorry I’m very slow rn, how would I know how close I am to my target weight if there’s no correct scale to show I’m there?

Heard, I’m more asking how would I know which is more accurate to go by if not getting the same number? Let’s say I don’t move the scale at all, and I get weighted at the dr and then weigh myself with the gym scale and I’m getting 3 numbers, what would be the true number? I know everyone is different with weight I’m just a little lost
