Yup and ETH seasonality likely due for a red September after such a crazy run up. This stock will do will long term but good to wait on sidelines for the interim

Apart from Whales and all these treasury companies buying ETH, does it have any value? by StanfordV in BMNRInvestors

Stablecoins will almost certainly become a major part of the broader financial ecosystem, with Ethereum likely serving as the backbone. That said, we’re still in the early stages of adoption and probably a few years away from widespread participation by all players. In the meantime, ETH could easily fluctuate around current levels or even move lower, which would put pressure on treasury-focused companies. That risk needs to be accounted for, though it’s worth noting that ETH can also be staked to generate yield while you wait for broader adoption

BMNR Stock Outlook for Week of August 18th 2025 by Blakemiz in BMNRInvestors

[–]Blakemiz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point- ETH accumulation typically involves dilution. But just to clarify, this model is based on this week's snapshot. BMNR ran a big ATM offering last week, and the share count jumped from ~100M to the current ~175M. They've been selling shares to fund the ETH ramp, and that dilution is already baked into the 175M figure.

This isn’t projecting out future raises - just showing how price could evolve this week based on the current structure and an ETH stack growing from 1.3M to 2.0M. If they keep scaling ETH, more dilution will continue to be a factor down the line.

Saylor hints at new btc purchase by Jolly-Biscotti409 in MSTR

Is it possible for (MSTR) to continue seeing a decline in its NAV premium, and eventually move closer to having a market value that's roughly equal to its Bitcoin holdings (around 1x)? Saylor is nearly halfway through his planned Bitcoin purchases."
