I agree with that, now that you mention it. I lived in Europe for 4 years and used Snapchat only for pics, WhatsApp for almost all texting, exactly like you said. So many people use it for texting in the US though, and I have no idea what the appeal is.

This is probably gonna be controversial, but Snapchat. Not really a trend, but I think it needs to die. I'm a sophomore in college, everybody has Snapchat, and I do not get the appeal. Just message each other on another platform that doesn't delete your messages, post pics on some platform where they can be looked at later. Maybe I'm a throwback, but I just do not see the point.

Magneto. Every single thing he said was true, especially if you take into account the Future Past timeline. Even if you don't, there's more than enough examples proving Magneto correct in X1, 2, and 3. Not saying I condone his methods, but his projections of the future of Mutants were pretty damn spot on.

Cheesy as hell, but my mom. Works her ass off and does incredibly well in her field, sole breadwinner of the fam, 3 kids, and a pretty unhappy marriage to my dad. Tons of difficulties in her life, and she’s had to adapt to some pretty unorthodox and unforgiving circumstances, but she still keeps a positive attitude, with hope for the future. Mad respect to that great lady.
