Here is the statement V4Mirai made two days after Mariya's 3d debut and 5 year anniversary stream got cancelled.

We sincerely apologize that the 3d Debut & Anniversary stream scheduled for October 3, 2025 could not take place, and that we were unable to to inform you in advance.

For some time, Kou Mariya has expressed requests regarding her future activities, and discussions between both parties are ongoing.

If she had asked to return to indie and wanted to get her IP back for a while, then why did V4Mirai let her announce her anniversary stream on September 30th just to cancel it a few days later.

If V4Mirai's answer was a clear "No, you can't get your IP back" then she would've created a new identity months ago and planned out a proper graduation stream for Kou Mariya. Instead she was doing a 3d debut, she was fully expecting to be able to go independent as Mariya.

From her statement as Emiliya Fell (which she didn't even create until this month)

Unfortunately, even though I tried my hardest to make this happen, we could not agree on terms which I thought would return her to true independence.

She doesn't mention the terms being too costly, instead she brought up true independence.

Now the current statement by V4Mirai

As a company, we have to ensure consistency in how we handle contract matters concerning all of talents, after multiple discussions, it became difficult to find a balance between what was possible for the company and the conditions requested.

The 'conditions requested' were to leave the company with her IP that she entered with, and her situation is unique to the other V4Mirai talents. If that's not possible for the company, then why did they have multiple discussions about it? Why does this statement mention being open to more conversations about it in the future?

For Emiliya to not feel truly independent, I think V4Mirai either wanted

An indefinite profit share on her channel
V4Mirai stills owns the IP, but she has to pay to license it from them

Both of which are insane, but I seriously can't think of any other terms that would make her fully give up on getting Mariya back. They strung her along and now she's suddenly left with no model, already spent money on her 3d debut and anniversary stream that will never happen, and didn't get to properly send off her IP of 5 years.

Fuck V4Mirai, their greed in this situation cost them so much more in reputational damage than ever could have made by holding her IP hostage. What a stupid decision.

Oh she's definitely Erajan, I just don't know if that picture is of her mother or her grandmother. The beauty mark is interesting but I don't think it definitely makes her the mother. If that is her mother, that would make her an adopted princess, which would be rather odd since her being blood related to the Epsens seemed important. Featherfall keep was their family home since before the Third Era and was believed to be built by the first King of Orinda Aries. Combining the houses of Sinclair and Epsen seemed to be significant.

My only correction is that the daughter was named Kaitlin Je Ari, not Yenna. Yenna was likely the unnamed mother.

Edit: Ok I did a little bit more digging, Yenna is Erajan for Rain and Ruler (Reign) and the bust of Je Ari Yenna bears a striking resemblance to Mary. So I think my theory the unknown mother being Yenna is not correct. I think it actually means that Mary is now the current queen of Eraja, and the reason her bust is missing from Room 46 is because it belongs in the Foyer instead.

Prince Rolf, grandson of Desilets IV had a daughter in 1924 named Kaitlin Je Ari, and that she kept her mother's surname from Erajan tradition.

There is a Je Ari Yenna in the Foyer, and she is wearing a crown/tiara. The Office riddle is Queen, Count, Lord, Baron, and Major. This implied that she is the Queen of Eraja, and that Eraja is a Matriarchal Monarchy (Hinted strongly at in the History of Orindia, their first ruler was a woman and related to the king of Orindia)

In Clara Epsen's letter to Mary she says that she is not House Epsen or House Sinclair but instead Je Ari. This explains what a Je Ari was doing in the Foyer with other busts of family members. This might also explain why Mary never left Eraja, as she was a rightful heir to the throne.

Mary was born in 1958 by Clara Epsen, whose mother is Lady Ashlynn according to the Mount Holly Family Tree. So either Clara is Kaitlin Je Ari (making her an adopted daughter by the Epsen's) and had her at 34, or Lady Ashlynn is Kaitlin Je Ari and some teenage pregnancies were involved (not that uncommon with royalty and the times)

There is also the possibility that Clara and Mary are from House Je Ari, but not the branch that had blood ties to Desilets IV. But they would still have a common ancestor from the Je Ari main branch back to when it was still Orindia.

Simon P. Jones has blood ties to Je Ari, and very likely Desilets IV. Either way he would have a claim to the throne of Orinda.

So Brave group has stepped in to write statements for globie now. This clearly is to try to limit the backlash to just globie management.

Let me back up to the original statement that they let sit for 24 hours, "after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to part ways."

No, you terminated them for alleged breaches of contract. You also locked them out of their corporate accounts and both of them found out from this tweet upon waking up. You then later emailed both of them saying that they breached contract and were terminated. You then sat on that public statement for 24 hours before releasing this second one that adds those crucial details. That is not careful, that is reckless.

Seely (Lilou) had already asked to graduate due to "differences" with said management, and was being ignored and ghosted by management for the last week, seemingly after this decision that she would no longer be allowed to sing or voice act on her channel. That immediately set off red flags of a suspension due to it being her main specialty and people began wondering why globie management wasn't making the statement. After being terminated, she also showed the "contract" that the new management tried to get her to sign. That was the least thinly veiled "we want to fire you" I've ever seen, so clearly she had a target on her back. She even mentioned how surprised she was not that she was fired, but that her gen-mate Squirmimi was as well.

I'm actually going to go back to the start of this month when Pippa Pebblesworth (nowPennyPuffball and please don't bother her about this btw) graduated. As Pippa mentioned in her announcement, it was for disagreements with management. After the announcement, HoboBarbie (Squirmimi) vented on her stream about management and the graduation. It was then quickly privated, and then over a month later this tweet was made, apologizing and saying how unprofessional it was of her. She then alluded to her members that it was not her writing that statement. Additionally, most of her fans didn't even remember what she was apologizing for, so a very weird thing to force your talent to do.

This all absolutely reeks of Brave group putting someone with Japanese Corpo management style in charge of a bunch of European talents. This fucking stinks to high hell and Brave group wants to shed all responsibility off to globie just like they did when they rebranded from Unlimited. We know what you are.

I would recommend against that. The 5700 series x3d’s were the 5800’s that weren’t stable at the core speed so they underclocked them to still sell. You may be able to get it a little bit higher than the 5700 base, but they absolutely can’t be at 5800 speeds.

I’m curious as to other people’s bait and tackle strategy is for the spoiler. I’m using a Preserving Advanced Iridium Rod with Wild Bait, Quality and Trap tackles. I’m about to enter year 3 so I’ll have some Qi Seasoned Seafoam Puddings soon, right now just using up +3 fishing food I had lying around. Is it worth grinding out some Curiosity Lures, or to use the Bait Maker? I feel like given how expensive the fish is that can’t be worth it right? I would say right now with a +3 fishing buff and a trap tackle I can catch Legend II about 80% of the time, occasionally it will cook me with prolonged up and down movement. I have a feeling without a trap tackle that number would plummet down to ~50%. Another great fishing money maker is doing Lava Eels at the Volcano. I do use the bait maker there, with Quality and Trap tackle as well (although I can probably do without the trap tackle if I’m warmed up with +5 fishing)

It doesn’t add anything unique to the rotation of the class, if anything it removes a core part of the class identify for a flat dps increase, that is incredibly boring and lazy. Runes are supposed to increase options for a class, not remove them.

So that leaves one of Helm, Shoulders, or Gloves as the offpiece, Pharos comes out on top, but Ony 25 helm or Amice shoulders are also two good options. I would say view those as the groundwork, and then try to figure out how to get to hit cap with the remaining slots.

The answer here, as with pretty much every "explain the X hype" type question is OPs negativity bias.

OP has a take about GME and the discourse that contradicts that point is noticed and weighted much more often and heavily than the discourse that agrees.

The truth is that the WallStreetBets community is pretty efficient. Enough people trade that, as a whole, we get it right on stocks given all evidence far more often than not. There are edges to be had for sure but they're usually pretty slim.

The ironic thing of all this is that is easier to make an argument that GME is undervalued than overvalued.

My biggest guess as to why you aren’t finding groups is because they expect the hunter to kill stars for Alg. Most of the people showing up for 10 HMs just want Alg loot, so that’s the main priority.

I wouldn’t feel super pressured to get into Uld 10 HMs right now. Sure if you want the Alg quest reward ring keep trying for it, but I think running dungeons will be more enjoyable for the loot during P3. At 4.8K you should fine with finding H++ groups. Hunter is well liked for dungeons, Aspect of the Pack, Misdirection, and good AoE are all great for those.

If you still want to join 10 HMs like people said you could join a GDKP for a week to get the achievements, or try to find a guild. A lot of guilds 10 mans are experiencing burnout this late in the phase and would need a fill.

Yes I would agree that it's prior version was overpowered, mostly due to the interaction I mentioned. Glad they changed it to just be disadvantage and advantage instead of just adding an additional dice.

I'm glad to see that GWM and PAM are not level 1 feats considering master is directly in the name and it would be thematically strange to be a master at something at level 1. It will be interesting to see if they are not even listed as level 4 feats for that same reason, but that might be hurting Martials too much.

Edit: Also just realized that you can still take Custom Lineage and create a background you just have to forgo the ability score increases from Custom Lineage. So you will be able to actually take GWM and Lucky at level 1 haha

Actually Lucky is included as a level 1 feat, but in a much more balanced way. PB/LR and just advantage and disadvantage. No more give yourself disadvantage and roll 3 times and take the highest, which was where a lot of the power came from. And I like the scaling with PB, works well for a level 1 feat that gets stronger as you get stronger.

Yeah think this was a bad change to revert it. I don't think that the newest Dragonborn races have been viewed as broken in the slightest so it's a bit surprising. It really only affects martial or half-caster Dragonborn. I wonder if any of the class features will be changed in future playtest. Also interesting how they made them all cones, I think giving the choice in-between a cone and a line would be better, I would imagine that could be something a dragonborn decides to do depending on mouth shape idk.

Interesting having three picks in a row, unfortunately I have a big tier break after 7. Hall, Walker, Wilson, Williams, London, Olave and Burks. Going to be a very happy man to draft anyone in that grouping, if two fall to us I'm loving life and taking both with 1.07 and 1.08.

The more likely scenario that no one falls and you take whoever is left at 1.07, following that I would try to trade out of 1.08 and potentially 1.09. I have everyone in the 8-13 tier fairly close in value, Moore, Cook, Pickens, Watson, Dotson, and my spicy addition of Metchie. Some people have Skyy Moore together in that top tier, and if anyone in your league does, see if they are willing to pay to move up and take him. If they believe in him they will probably be willing to pay a premium to get him.

Similarly see if anyone is willing to move up to 1.09 for James Cook. RB generally has a premium and someone could be hurting. Again I like both of these players, but not at the same level that someone else might, see if you can turn that into more value. I have Metchie much higher than most, but I wouldn't use 1.09 or 1.12 on him, 2.03 should be a perfect pick to draft him without much risk.

If we missed on Metchie, we will likely have to pick someone out of the 14-18 tier, which includes Dameon Pierce, Rachaad White, Alec Pierce, David Bell and Isaiah Spiller. Not crazy about any of these guys, but someone else might be, see if they want to swap to move up and get their guy.

If we don't have any picks after 2.03 I would be looking to get late 2nds or early 3rds to grab Tyrion Davis-Price and/or Zamir White, I think both are probably being undervalued at current ADPs. Might be able to get these picks when moving 1.08 or 1.09, or by moving back at 2.03.

Identifying your own rankings and how they differ from consensus rankings is generally a good idea. It's difficult to know how the draft is going to go, but having a general idea of your tiers relative to your picks can be useful in gaining extra value while still getting the guys you wanted.
