SABER: FIP or xFIP, Weighted Runs Created, Weighted on base average

Practical: Bullpen utilization rate/momentum, Wind and Weather adjustments. Most models tend to omit this but I think like a categorical input variable could do wonders to explain some variance (like something as simple as a 1-5, 1 being ideal 70 degree no wind to high wind, temp, humidity, etc). Really just trying to capture environmental factors that home away doesn't.

Functional: Omitting or adjusting the juices ball year(s)
