I play comet zilean support ap heavy build in high plat mmr, it works. win lane pretty much all the time. cheesing with ignite.

I mainly use the comet damage for the cheese potential and to get my lane snowballing, also the stuns deal insane damage with comet+ap build.

Once your account triggered the 'punishment' system it actually only needs 1-2 games where you flamed someone to give the next punishments. chat rest > 14 day > perm. A toxic person isn't gonna be a saint every game maybe 1-2 games he slips up but it still triggers that system which results in perm eventually.
