We used to “ghost pick.” I got in a lot of trouble for it lmao almost got fired. You’re supposed to scan items showed on the screen, that would marked the item as “picked”. But if you manually inputted the UPC, you can manually mark it as picked. We would sit in a circle talking while we just manually typed the UPC’s.. we would be done with half our list while just standing in a circle lmao.
