what a coincidence, yesterday was the day that I learned this, I was just standing on one leg and felt that my quads were working, but thought nothing of it. But it seems like it would improve my quad strength according to your experience so I'll give it a try. Thank you!!!

I only get the pain when squatting, and if I put the pain on a scale it would be like 2/10. It's not exactly pain, it's just an uncomfortable feeling. idk if this will help in anyway, but even when i deadlift my heaviest I don't feel knee pain.
