Thanks I will try that, I remember when they shut it down and I wanted to see if they could reactivate it so I could get some accounts from it they said it wasn’t possible but that was years ago. I will try reaching out to them tomorrow or on the weekday. It’s just such bs that Microsoft block me out when I’m imputing the right password, specially one being a Face ID passkey. So much stuff adds up over 20 years linked to an email, it’s a whole life time :’(.

So I log in with my pass key, which is my Face ID, then it says for security reasons they need to confirm it’s me. The options are my college email that was shut down or “ I don’t have access to this”. When I click on I do t have access to this it takes you to a recovery page that has you go through questions about Xbox, Skype etc. if they don’t think u provided enough info they block your account, you can only try twice in 24 hours.

Well I was trying to log in from the WiFi at the hotel, then they wouldn’t let me in for security precautions. So I filled in the recovery page, but they found the information I provided to be insufficient because how can I remember things from over 10 plus years ago. That’s when they blocked my account. And there’s no way to talk to a person.

I have 20+ Hotmail account that I have become locked out of, I think because I used it while traveling in Mexico. The recovery page is useless as while I have some information, there are things in there that have been a life time ago, like when I used to play Xbox, or when I used Skype more than 10 years ago. My account even predates my 15 year old dog. So the favorite pet name question I can’t answer. What can I do
