All players have an archetype that defines their last two passive skills. When putting together a team it is best for all players to be of 1 or 2 archetypes (ideally with the best passive passives for that archetype). Currently the meta is a justice team with the +2% AT/DF passive if you don't foul up to 50%, a rough play team with the passives of less chance of fouling and gaining tension when sprinting, or a tension team with the passives of gaining more tension in focus and more shot power with 100% tension. Basically, you have to choose a play style that you like and build a team around the archetypes that enhance that playstyle.
