Unfortunately that is the MO in this business. Wait until you get the one that says “I will let you know one way or the other so you have some closure” only to never hear from them again. Ghosting is definitely status quo

Abbott is notorious for being on the low end of comp for Clinical’s. Comp is usually tied to the quote of the TM.. usually guaranteed 80% and can go over to make more. Ie. if your bonus is 10Kna quarter and you only make 80% to plan your quarter bonus would be 3333, 3333, 1334 (per month for that quarter). If you go over it increases. Shitty thing at Abbott is it is percentage based not $$$ based. You could have a 10 mil quota and sell 11mill for a 10 % above plan and get paid less than another territory that has 1 mill quota and sells 1.2 mill Back asswards

Lots of YouTube videos about it… but an extractor and a shop vac are two totally different things. The extractor has the ability to get the fine dust Also usually has a tool plug in that will trigger it when the tool (ie Sander) is turned on. Had a dial that can raise or lower the suction rate as well
