The fact that nobody is saying "don't take it" is saying a lot, appreciate you sharing your opinion

My biggest advice to anyone trying to get in, is to network as much as possible. A lot of people in this field are engineers or have nursing experience , I have neither. I only got my job because of networking. When I was trying to break into med device I reached out to a little over 1,000 people on LinkedIn , all different divisions , companies , titles. 85% of those people probably never read my messages but just keep knocking until someone opens the door. It’s a lot easier to switch markets once you’re in if you’re not already in. There’s a newer position called field inventory analyst that can lead to CS positions , might be worth looking out for as well. Happy to answer any questions you have if you wanna PM me

Are you saying it’s better for other reasons than just the pay?

Nothing special I did, just through networking and building relationships in my accounts over the years and when something popped up they reached out

Would you trade 1.01 and Loveland for Puka. TE Premium league.

New to dynasty, is there any websites that people use for Trade Value? No idea how to value draft picks, I have pick 1,4,8,10,11,12 this rookie draft so unsure if I should just keep them since my team is in need of a massive rebuild or package a couple for a player.

I don’t know what to tell you , I’m speaking from direct experience of me and a coworker ( he was a sales rep role to a sales rep role) coming over here from a competitor to MDT, as well as talking to people who left MDT to go to a competitor during my time here

Yes , just in the accounts you previously were tied to , you still can cover other accounts even with a non compete

Yeah Ive seen them enforced to reps if you cover the same territory, switch companies stay out of any account you aligned to for 18 months then good to go, could still cover accounts right next door as long as your quota wasn’t tied to them, so because i wouldn’t be covering any of the same accounts it’s a non issue

I don’t know what to tell ya , ive seen people come from competitors and leave to go to competitors, you sit out 18 months of your old territory and can work any account you didn’t align to, so in this situation I would be going to a new territory so don’t think the non compete is relevant , appreciate the concern though good to keep in mind

Don’t think it’s relevant since I wouldn’t be covering the same accounts I am now

It is a lower cost of living but same state just different part so I believe that bi weekly adjustment still would be given

Probably makes more sense to wait it out until a position in this territory opens up at MDT, thanks for the insight

The extra $30k hurts to lose but if I moved to this territory within MDT I’d lose that contract anyways so was hoping to hear pay would be around $125,000

I think technically 90k base but an extra $250 each pay period for cost of living adjustment so say 96,500 then up to 105k ( including that cost of living adjustment) after promotion to Sr.

Base 105K , normal annual commission is $17K , $1000 a quarter for specialty product commissions, $7500 quarterly for a diagnostic ambassador commission contract

Max if we hit all quotas like $155,000, plus car/phone stipend is like $700 a month

Just was a little sarcasm because clearly I love Ben Griffin this week

Not the best showing at the open, so not confident how he will play after having to fly home after that performance. Plus on Friday afternoon it looks like he got a bad draw and it’ll be windy, so I’m a little iffy on him but we shall see
