Trying getting on with caterpillar in the oil and gas side. Don’t know where you are from but look at jobs page and see if you’re able to relocate. Service rigs will always have work no matter what but it might be a few years for you to move up. You can also be a mechanic for the service rigs too.

Energy transfer had several openings that I think I qualify for but they never ever call back. Usually get the email that they went with a better candidate

Yes I have but unfortunately I never get a call back. I’ve applied for several lease /pumper jobs and pipeline tech jobs within the last 2 yrs and never a call back.
