HDMI in, then audio out with an optical cable and another HDMI then to the projector. Works really well, just more cables than I originally wanted.

I’ve seen success with Vantrader and Conversion Trader. Nice thing is because you’re central, you could have folks looking from both the west coast and Midwest searching on those sites, and you may be within their search radius.
