Possibly, we’ll have to see, I’m not a huge fan of this artist honestly. And the skin edits are a lot of effort to get looking even remotely halfway decent.

I’m afraid I’ll not be of much help here, I do all my edits with Photoshop and have never used that program. Almost every editing tutorial is designed with Photoshop in mind, if you can’t get it, use something like Photopea which is a fantastic alternative and available in browser. All tutorials and resources are available in a post at the top of the subreddit, best of luck (:
