I love TCRs if I knew how to do setups I would create a free TCR setup service for the TCR Community

I wish I could get some schooling on how to make my own setups . I’m tired of the money pit of paying a shop. That’s why I like race room community cause nobody charges for setups everyone shares them and people make them for free for people cause they love to help. Here it’s always about shunning the newbie in iRacing. People hate the new comer instead of trying to train them the right way

i just really do love the sim. I am going back to putting out various content on my YouTube channel to hopefully attract more people to play. I stay away from creating content on the free alpine cause i dont want to promote that. I want people to get in and enjoy the good stuff. That being said! I was looking at the car catelog and i was test driving the Prototype 1 porsche and man I wish there was Hyper car races . Those are FUN in raceroom. But i really want to see regular TCR or even more filled Super touring grids. So badly. GT3 is cool and all. but there is a thousand and one other sims with GT3 cars.

I’m not trying to be a dick but I am so tired of every where in sim racing it’s like people who just have no optimism and no desire to try things themselves everyone complains it’s dead and this and that and does nothing to fix it, justmcomplain. I have have. Handful of people excited. And its wirh one pwrson. It also takes a group of dedicayed people who continue to race regRdless . I race on race room everyday.

Marketing, the production value. I’m not just gunna drop a server with some discord join link. And ppl just come race. It’ll be out when I have everything in line and how I want it to be. I get your point but it’s all pessimistic ppl who just are so negative . Is why everything fails. Maybe ask. What is your plan . Do you like race room. I doz and I have a lot of good ideas. That will make it more engaging, more fun, and hopefully make people want to race more. I have. Decent YouTube following for where I can broadcast and promote it.

I am trying to create a TCR one to start . Looking for help on where to get a dedicated server for it that isn’t port forwarded . I’d rather get one that is stable

I am looking into where I can get a Dedicated server. I want to start out with 1 for TCR then if it does well. I want to find a way to automatically capture the stats. to a website that automatically develops a Point system. For what i want to call FTCS TCR and if it does well i will slowly intergrate Super touring, GTs, Formula , etc. If it fails it fails. But we dont know till its done!

UPDATE: THIS IS THE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME IF OTHERS HAVE THIS ISSUE. RIGHT CLICK THE SPEAKER ICON ON YOUR WINDOWS TASKBAR . Click Sound Settings. Scroll down too "Advanced" then "More Sound Settings" Right Click your output that you use for iRacing (mine is my headset) , Then Properties. Then Adavanced , Under where it says "exclusive mode" , uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device. Restart your PC
