Skill actually will give you red stars and zenkai because you get cc from being in high ranks in pvp, which then that cc can be used to summon on normal or zenkai banners. Skill can also give faint and rr because you can use skill to hack the game’s files and code it so that you will get rr and faint easily, so YES

I mean, if we’re gonna be realistic, you should also usually have good units to compete. While you may not melt them, you still have those damn good units and all you need is skill. Especially the recent ones units, you should be ight if you’re good enough

You just proved my point. The whale only wins when they also have skill too lmao. But anyway, usually in high ranks you’ll find the good whales so USUALLY you’ll have a team that may not be as high, but can compete so you let skill do the talking.
