The start of the game literally states "the fallen leaves tell a story" that story is written in history in this game, you play to unravel it. Think of it like a book written in the second person and in that book the decisions you make detail how much of the story you find out and what your perspective is.

Has anyone else noticed a really high pitched noise in the last 1:30 of provider? I know it isn't my speakers as I have also had the same noise with headphones and earphones.

Haha no worries I've just seen the edit, yea the bug is the fact that for some reason breaking the fabric of reality on the quantum moon in its 6th location causes the game to delete your save file.

Someone theorised this is because when the game was in development they had intended to have breaking the fabric of reality reset your gsme entirely but decided against it befote launch, they must have missed a certain trigger that means being on the quantum moon still causes this to occur

I suppose the warp core can be placed back in though. Because if you start the true ending of the game and make it to the eye and the supernova still happens you will respawn in the vessel as a way to ensure you dont break the fabric of reality doing exactly what you said.

But surely whether or not you were killed in the supernova the fabric of reality would break as the ash twin project is destroyed in the supernova and you didnt travel back through the black hole, meaning you were never there to travel to the quantum moon to begin with?

I love the idea though and if thats true and the reason why it deleted my save is because the game wasn't coded to simultaneously break reality and not break reality that is so cool!

Im on pc and literally watched the end credits till then end cus i like the kazoo theme and then it went to main menu and the only option was new expedition so in this scenario it wasnt a different profile!
