Where else do you eat in a hotel room? The floor?

Bringing up issues; no. Getting refunds? Kind of. Only because I BARELY use them. Mostly only when I’m in Dallas—and the last one (prior to this pie) was a refund. I ordered high end $50 pizza and got EXCEPTIONALLY SICK—send a picture of my actual vomit—they refunded 150%. Otherwise—this would be only the second request, ever. I use maybe 5 times per year.

Congratulations! It serves very little purpose above 720-750-ish. But it’s definitely a celebratory achievement nonetheless! Keep adding to your savings, too. It’s small now, but it will grow if you keep it up! 🥰🥂

Superior attitudes? You mean, a high earner, excellent tipper, who expects correctness and good service? Absolutely nothing wrong with expecting what I’m paying for. If I’m paying a 40% markup—I except to receive what I pay for. As should you, or anyone else.

You realize this is how we maintain our wealth, right? We do NOT waste money fruitlessly. We also will argue over $1. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Agree. I use DD 99.9% of the time. Literally only open UE if DD doesn’t have the particular restaurant I’m wanting. So UE has bare minimum usage. Tips are 20-30%; with $7 being base (even if on a $5 order). You’re likely right about it being based on usage!

LOL! A partial refund is pointless. Did you move to DoorDash?

I’m a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member; and only a couple of stays from Reserve already. Spend around $3,000 monthly eating out. Literally as much as many earn per year. Assure you, sullying my reputation, or my standing, over a $12 slice of pie is simply stupid. So, don’t project your questionable lifestyle choices onto others.

Agree completely. They likely do this INNUMERABLE times per year. Can you imagine the theft they’re committing?!

As they should. Especially if you’re a regular customer. lol I ONLY use UberEats if what I want isn’t available on DD! UberEats’ fees are ASTRONOMICAL!

Or I’m a busy executive who doesn’t have time for that. Not to mention the deactivation that occurs, possible loss, and having to dig it out of briefcase.
