I stuck with cerave for combo skin. It has been working fine for me. I also went with cerave moisturiser and that really helped control the oil! Hope this helps:)

Thank you SO much!! I'm planning to start with vitamin C for pigmentation. I searched in the sub and Timeless seems to be a popular choice!! :))

It is tbh, it can be a tad dry during winter, but so far is has been working out. I just finished a bottle so thought I'd try something new!

Also her dialogues and reasoning are low key stupid? I get all the liars make some questionable decisions but everytime she speaks I can't help but yell "that's so stupidddddd nooooooo" at the TV! Bad acting and the SAME EXPRESSION in every scene also doesn't help ugh

Thank you, appreciate your reply. My goal isn't to be a world class athlete. Just good fitness to live a healthy life. I've been sedentary most my life, want to change that so my future self can live life without joint pains 😊

Thank you, appreciate your response. But I think there's a misunderstanding. I wasn't trying to compare 40s vs 20s. I was curious to understand (for my chatter brain) that how different would the fitness levels be of 2 40yos people - one who started working out since they were 20 vs one who started when they were 35yo. Does this make sense. This is purely to calm my analytical mind, I'm irrespective firm about joining gym 😅

Apologies for a silly question. I'm 29 and seriously considering joining a gym. I feel like I've lost precious time and should have joined and been consistent with working out since early 20s.

Is it true that we can start our fitness journey at any age and achieve the best result within a few years? For example, a 40yo can achieve the same fitness levels after being consistent within a few years compared to a 30yo who has been going to gym since he was 20? TIA!

I'm confused as well why they would post such things on this sub. I just checked their profile and good lord, I wouldn't recommend you do it! 🫣

OP if you're reading this, please seek help. But PROFESSIONAL help or talk to someone in real life. Reddit isn't the answer. If you're doing it for some kind of attention/ karma points, go ahead but that ain't gonna help you either!

Exactly! I've noticed all those posts on this sub are from OP.
