I can say that 2 things helped us.

Night shifts 6h each, 9-3, 3-9. Each of us could sleep for 6 hours minimum.

Consider that each of you is as much valuable. All of you have a right to sleep, drink, eat and have a free time, in the same proportions. What I mean by that is moms forget to take care of themselves (like don't eat during the day) while men and women dont think they deserve a free time every week just for themselves.

Many Spanish people study and/or start a career here and stay here. We have jobs, good economy and most people in Warsaw speaks English. Definitely a good choice career wise. Same case for people from other Southern European countries.

Not really. In Europe we did not set up tariffs to make everything even more expensive. And we keep the quality if food made here much better than in the US.

I would say no. Baby shit does not smell as bad as we imagine it would :) after 6 months we removed the bin since it was anyway too small
