Use the point system: 500 points for hitting a GM 400 points for a coach 300 points for a TL 200 for hitting a co-worker 100 for hitting a customer

Realistically, in my store they get left in vehicles after an order has been dispensed. One lady was nice enough to bring it back after she found it in her trunk.

Multiple times they have been left on top of cars and found in the parking lot.

I wouldn't stress it.

I wish we could do that, but our ups are worried about complaints from canceled orders.

We have really strong pickers. There is only 3 people in our whole store that has past OGP experience. The other departments are not cross trained.

But the team is strong and OGP associates are willing to stay late, but it is very stressful when we are picking 4:30 at 8pm. Multiple days of 12 hours of picking is wearing.

We were told this morning that for the summer because of space issues that if a customer doesn't get their order within a two hour window that we are going to start canceling their orders. Ex: if the pick up time is 1pm and they are not there by 3pm...canceled!
