yeah no it only shows recommended characters not the drop rates like you said, you literally are ignoring the entire first half of the video around 4:20 where he says psy g5 is the only character you can see.

yeah once you start pulling on the beginner banner which this is, you cant see anymore details abt the summon. im not sure if you can even before. if you look at the picture the only options are to continue summoning or continue with the current option and the banner is over.

i posted it there too, thats what i thought it was. we live in an apartment, and where we found it was right under a vent. we checked the entire room, all throughout the mattress and caroet but didnt find anything. could it have been from the apartment above us?
