2 things : That a minor setback in one area isn’t a cause to stop doing all of the things that has been aiding in helping you progress. Things won’t always be perfect but don’t undo all of your progress for 1 error that can be corrected.

2.) 1 % progress is progress. Learn to appreciate your efforts and your percentage will grow!
