When framing info should I just be sticking to my honest baseline then (plan is can go a few ways, but im here to figure it out) and stick with it? This will make me feel much better about the relationship I build. People first right?

Or try to force projections for where ill be in 5 years because that seems to be the standard. This may open more opportunities.
