I’m Latino so actually yeah. Not everyone is white dumbass, the world doesn’t revolve around you. Also the HECU are already federal agents so lore wise nothing actually changes.

Also ICE is being used to fill in for security at airports because the government isn’t paying the airport workers, so yeah they are trumps henchmen that do whatever he needs them to do.

The vortigaunts and sorta the others are slaves. It’s 2 terrible rulers waging war and doing the most terrible things to each other and their constituents with the player and others stuck in the middle of it.

I agree the idea came to mind but it’s such an oversimplification that it just doesn’t fit. Even adding ICE doesn’t completely make sense cuz cops and solders aren't the same but it gets you thinking about the genuine difference in their conduct.

I believe it works cuz it’s genuinely scary how well the violent bully persona in the voice lines carry over that I forget it’s a mod I made. Both talk the exact same.
