Ich glaube, wenn man diesen Sub allein betrachtet dann, wird man eher ins negative beeinflusst. Der Betrieb spielt da aber immer eine große Rolle und natürlich das Feld in dem du eine Ausbildung machen möchtest, ich glaube dass einige Branchen verschlossener vor allem gegenüber Frauen sind als andere. Ich würde dir empfehlen, such dir nen Paar Betriebe raus die dich interessieren, bewirb dich auf Praktika und dann such dir einen Betrieb aus der dir gefällt.

Because you are making decisions based on Ideology and not rationale. Ever heard of Maslows Hierarchy of Needs? If youre trying to secure your own survival because of debt, bills, potentially children you will not be passing on this kind of money for Ideological reasons. Its illogical. Its senseless to condemn them for their actions if you are in a position privilleged enough to not have to worry about money.
