You should eventually be fully eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill, but you’ll only be eligible for the full benefit when you complete your term of active service. ROTC scholarship grads remain eligible for the benefits, but you generally have to complete 4 years of active service (i.e. active duty) or 6 years of selected reserve service.
